As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to support its talent acquisition activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Role

The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and ensuring candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment process. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters while maintaining a professional and engaging recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview schedules and calendar invitations.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation and candidate records.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate information.
  • Support job advertisement posting across recruitment platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks where required.
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding schedules.
  • Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment coordination or HR experience.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • English fluency is essential; Arabic would be beneficial.
