The Role

The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to ensure activities are executed efficiently and according to company standards. Working closely with multiple departments, the successful candidate will coordinate operational processes, monitor progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
  • Prepare operational schedules and monitor task completion.
  • Maintain operational records and documentation.
  • Support inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination where required.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Support project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Identify operational issues and escalate where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of operations or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
