The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and secure qualified talent across multiple business functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying exceptional candidates within competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
  • Meet hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill vacancies.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate technical and management interviews.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation reports and recommendations.
  • Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment legislation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and major recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • English fluency is required; Arabic is preferred.
