Our client is a leading organization seeking a Corporate Strategy Director to shape the company’s long-term direction, identify strategic growth opportunities, and support executive leadership in achieving sustainable business success.

The Role

Reporting to executive leadership, the Corporate Strategy Director will oversee corporate planning, market expansion strategies, investment analysis, and enterprise performance initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy development.
• Develop long-term growth and diversification plans.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead corporate planning and performance management.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development initiatives.
• Develop enterprise performance frameworks.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives.
• Build and mentor strategy teams.
• Align business units with corporate objectives.
• Monitor execution of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• MBA from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Background in strategy consulting or corporate strategy is preferred.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• GCC experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
