The Role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management initiatives. The role requires an experienced HR professional capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
  • Advise managers on performance management processes.
  • Assist in organizational restructuring where required.
  • Support compensation and salary review exercises.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Professional HR certifications would be advantageous.
