The Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. The role requires a motivated professional with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through proactive prospecting.
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts within approved commercial guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Valid driving license may be required depending on the role.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
